Not many running brands can say that they’ve been around as long as the sport itself, but Saucony can.

In 1898 - just two years after running entered the Olympic Games - Saucony was born in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. Taking its name from a creek that runs through the town, Saucony (pronounced ‘sock-a-knee’) grew from its small-town roots into a worldwide brand that has made key contributions and innovations in the running world for over a century.

Saucony has earned loyalty from runners, including many of us here at Pacers, because it consistently designs shoes that you can trust to improve your running.

Saucony has been making runners happy since 1898.

Relentless pursuit of better running shoes has defined Saucony for generations. Saucony is pronounced “Sock-Uh-Knee” and strives to give runners the power to challenge themselves every day. They support the whole runner with shoes, apparel, and more as well as events and initiatives to build running communities around the world.
