Pacers Social Runs are #ForEveryRun, whether you are seasoned marathon runner, or are a new runner building up to a 5k. Each run offers a social experience where community comes first!
DC social runs

Our largest social run, Pacers 14th Street offers a 3, 5, and 7 mile run, in addition to a 2 mile walk each week.
These runs are truly no one left behind, and there is always a leader at the back of the pack for each group. Runners head to Garden District for drinks after the run!

Meet at the Pacers Patio at the Navy Yard store for a 3 or 5 mile run or 2 mile walk. Run along the River Front Trail, or on one of our Capital Routes. Runners socialize at Blue Jacket after the run!

Thursday, 6:30 PM - Banneker Track
If you can only make one run a week, this is the run to attend! You will work on improving your speed and endurance, in pace specific groups. This is a great workout for those who are building up to be able to run a mile to those competing in races.
Virginia Social Runs

Tuesday, 6:30 PM - Washington Liberty High Track
Join us on Tuesday nights for Virginia Track! This workout is appropriate for the very speedy to the brand new runner and involves intervals of various distances. Meet at the corner of Washington Blvd and N Quincy St (near the Washington Liberty High School sign).
On the second Tuesday of each month, we meet at the Clarendon Store for the Shake Shack Run

Join us in the heart of Old Town for a 3 or 5 mile run or 2 mile walk. Various paces and routes offered. This run is truly no one left behind. Join us for socializing after the run.

Join us every week for a 2 mile walk or 3 or 5 mile run through the neighborhoods of Arlington. Various paces and routes offered. Socializing at a neighborhood watering hole following each run.

Saturday, 8:00AM - Jones Point
Training for a longer race or just want to improve your endurance? Join us on Saturday morning for a distance of your choice ranging from 2 to 18 miles plus.This weekend's course is Mount Vernon Trail South.

Monday, 6:30PM - Pacers 14th Street
Join Pacers Running and adidas for a social run with Olympian Mason Ferlic, followed by a party at Franklin Hall. Meet at Pacers 14th Street, chose from a 2 mile run, 3 mile walk/jog or a 3, 6, or 7.5 mile run. adidas demo shoes will be available. Participants will receive a drink ticket for the post run party at Franklin Hall.

Training for a longer race or just want to improve your endurance? Join us on Saturday morning for a distance of your choice ranging from 5-16 miles plus. This weekend's course is Pancakes.

Join Pacers Running and Juneteenth Marathon on Saturday, June 10th at 9 AM to help clean up the trails in preparation for the Fourth Annual Juneteenth Race!
Pacers is a proud sponsor of the Juneteenth run. Come help us beautify the race course.

Join Pacers Running, Juneteenth Marathon, and Altra Running at Pacers 14th Street social run for a 3, 5, or 7 mile run or 2 mile walk and a chance to test out the newest shoe models from Altra.

Saturday, 7:00AM - Roosevelt Island
Training for a longer race or just want to improve your endurance? Join us on Saturday morning for a distance of your choice ranging from 4 to 14 miles plus. This weekend's course is Roosevelt Island / Rock Creek Park.

Wednesday, 6:30PM - Pacers Georgetown
Join Pacers Running every third Wednesday of the month for a 3 mile run or 1.5 mile walk that finishes at Chaia! Participants get a free iced tea from Chaia.

Saturday, 7:00AM - Daingerfield Marina
Training for a longer race or just want to improve your endurance? Join us on Saturday morning for a distance of your choice ranging from 2 to 11 miles plus. This weekend's course is Daingerfield / Crystal City / Potomac Yard / Old Town.

We're big believers that moving keeps us happy and healthy, so we've partnered with FitDC to offer our Learn to Run program.
Whether you're trying to run your first mile or get back into the sport, we have weekly workouts geared toward beginners and training for community races including the Parkway Classic and the DC Half Marathon!
We teach track and road running safety and etiquette, strategies for building confidence and staying healthy, and provide a welcoming and supportive community. Check out our current schedule and training program and join us for a run!
